What will you do?
While working with in the position, you’ll perform some of the following tasks highlighted below
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Filing, scanning and maintaining office documents
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Organizing and scheduling meetings
- Providing support to the team members
- Ordering office supplies and equipment
- Following office protocols and procedures
- Providing customer service and communicating with clients
Qualifications and Skills
To work in the position, you’ll be required to meet all or some of the following expectations;
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
