We are a fast-paced and growing logistics company based in the UK, seeking skilled and reliable warehouse workers to join our team.
What will you do?
While working with in the position, you’ll perform some of the following tasks highlighted below
- Unloading packages and freight from delivery vehicles
- Sorting and organizing packages and freight by destination
- Loading packages and freight onto delivery vehicles
- Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
- Following safety procedures at all times
- Adhering to deadlines and working efficiently to ensure packages are delivered on time
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Participating in inventory and stock management
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Qualifications and Skills
To work in the position, you’ll be required to meet all or some of the following expectations;
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in the UK
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
