Ongoing Vacancies for Storekeepers in Canada
We are a well-established company based in Canada, seeking skilled and dedicated storekeepers to join our team.
What will you do?
While working with in the position, you’ll perform some of the following tasks highlighted below
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
- Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
- Picking and filling orders from stock
- Packing and shipping orders to customers
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
- Following safety procedures at all times
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Keeping accurate records of inventory and stock management
Qualifications and Skills
To work in the position, you’ll be required to meet all or some of the following expectations;
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience in inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of an inventory management software is a plus
