We are a well-established café based in the UAE, seeking skilled and dedicated baristas to join our team.
What will you do?
While working with in the position, you’ll perform some of the following tasks highlighted below
- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and products
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Operating cash registers and handling cash and credit card transactions
Qualifications and Skills
To work in the position, you’ll be required to meet all or some of the following expectations;
- Minimum of 1-year experience working as a barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in UAE
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Must have a positive attitude and a passion for coffee
